Fog vs. Rain

Fog is swirling, teasing my brain
Wondering what's worse, it or rain
Microscopic drops, suspended in air
Or larger brethren that dampen ones hair
Cautiously free movement - sans visibility 
Verses immobile shelter of a broad tree
